Its infra-structure (Land & Building) had been developed by capital investment (Govt.) which is not worse than that of any IT industry of India. But, WTL is with 64 employees to day (1980-2010) ... WTL is black listed by Govt. of West Bengal ... Proper investigation will speak the truth. It is to be verified whether it was sabotage to be keen with private sector.

WTL is with ISO 9000-2001 ... It is competent for body-shopping ... Body-shopping is the most money making game for Information Technology in third world countries like India.
 
WTL ' s Revival & its objects : Poor strength of employees (64) is the best criteria for development of industry. WTL is to be with under mentioned objects for development of itself and West Bengal.

 
1. Top most official of WTL ought not to be from WBCS cadres. Personality with background of Information Technology and MBA is to be appointed there.

Quality with First Grade becomes Priest, Quality with Second Grade becomes Teacher, Quality with Third Grade becomes Administrator, Quality with Fourth Grade becomes Engineer.
