Mr. M. C. Pal is running a Non Govt. Voluntary Organisation in the name of Vision Welfare
Society, Garia/West Bengal/India for last twenty years as Treasurer or Secretary (High Command). VWS
is with asset of Rs. several cores (Approx). After this incidence, defalcation of fund (VWS) Rs. 1.6 lacs (approx) had been detected by Internal Audit Report. Over view of site submits idea.
- Link is with proof of evidence for defalcation of Rs. 1.6 Lacs (approx). Statutory audit report had been submitted before concerned Directorate in accordance with Society Registration Act 1961 (WB, India). It proves that defalcation was concealed.

Director of Foreign
Contribution/Ministry of Home Affairs/India by letter Dated 06.02.1995. Registration under FCRA of VWS had been suspended on the basis of the said complain
Dated 06.02.1995. - - - But - - - it has been withdrawn. - - -
- - - It is suspecious - - - in concurrence with clause no. II (Two) stated above 
Directorate of FCRA/Ministry of Home Affairs took action against the complain stated above. But, it has been withdrawn. Re-investigation for examplary action against said crime under the mask is indispensable. Investigation is to be a Joint venture of CID, Vigilance (State+Central) and Dept. of Income Tax, Govt. of India.

Mass Organisations are used as Mask for Crime : An individual is responsible for Crime. But, legal suit will be filed against the said organisation (VWS) in accordance with information stated above. Organisation will have to bear expenditure for its defence. What's its solution ?
